 Nine (9) Days of Cybersecurity Christmas – Scavenger Hunt

We are thrilled to announce an exciting new activity – a Scavenger Hunt Challenge! This is a great opportunity to test your cybersecurity awareness and cyber defense skills, have fun, and engage with us.

What You Need to Know:
  • Start Date: Today, Dec 10th
  • Duration: 9 days
  • How to Participate: Each day’s challenge will be uploaded as a hyperlink on the attached flyer, under the corresponding day’s tile. For example, click on the hyperlink on Day 1’s tile to access the first challenge. Day 2’s challenge will be posted the following day, and so on. The updated flyer will be sent as a circular and it will also be available on the CITO website.
How to Get Started:
  1. Enter Your Game Name: When prompted, enter a game name (it can be your name or a cool nickname) which will be used to update the daily leaderboard.
  2. Complete the Challenges: Engage with each day’s challenge and submit your answers promptly. Remember, in the event of a tie, submission timing will be used as a tiebreaker. The quicker you submit, the better your chances!

 CITO Phish Market 2023

Please find above the Highlight Reels for the CITO’s first Phishing Cybersecurity awareness event entitled “The CITO PHISH Market”. The event was hosted at the Sir Edney Cain Building in Belmopan and attracted many from the public service and the public. The purpose of the event was to inform, illustrate and demonstrate the overarching theme that the human element is the most vulnerable area within the cybersecurity defense chain. Cognizant of this, fun activities, prizes and surprises were prepared to ensure the cybersecurity phishing detection and combating was understood.
